Why would anyone choose  hate? Not only does hate weigh heavily on our hearts, hate blocks joy, hope, peace, love, and compassion. It hurts to hate. There is danger in hate. If we allow even a little of it to reside in our hearts, the hate will grow and spread and leave no room for love. 

Let's stick with love. 

Like the dove holding a little stick for building and strengthening its nest, let's hold love and use it to build and strengthen peace within us and among us.
