"It's not our job to play judge and jury, to determine who is worthy of our kindness and who is not. We just need to be kind, unconditionally and without ulterior motive, even - or rather, especially - when we'd prefer not to be."
~ Josh Radnor
This quote reminds me of the principle that people who act in unloving ways are those who need the most love.
It also reminds me of Michele Obama's principle:
"When they go low, we go high."
Without making judgments about anyone in the public, in the news, in our community, in our home - without judging anyone anywhere - let's
choose to stay on the high road today.
Let's be unconditionally kind.
Compassion is the gift we are opening, carrying with us, and sharing with all today.
After doing this well - at least trying our best - may we given tonight the gift of sweet, deep, and peaceful sleep.
With love for you,
Charlene
