TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

“Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.”

                ~ Thich Nhat Hahn

Without ignoring realities, without dismissing feelings, let's aim to live this day a bit more simply and purely than some of the past seven.

It is a brand new day filled with countless potential blessings, healings, transformations, and miracles.

Even if, especially if, it seems to be a day full of complexities for you, can you greet it with hope?

No matter what, let's smile, now and then or often, as often as we can.

And let's look at all beings - human and otherwise - with love and compassion.

With prayer,
Charlene
