"It takes a real storm in the average person's life to make him realize how much worrying he has done over the squalls.”
~ Bruce Barton
In the midst of a hurricane or blizzard or when the life of someone we love is threatened - when a real storm of any kind descends upon us - suddenly our little worries dissolve. Have you noticed how that happens?
May we begin this week with prayers for all affected by Matthew
and for all people with major storms brewing or blowing through their lives.
As best we can - with hope and faith - may we refrain from worrying about the little squalls and the big storms.
In all situations, instead of worry, let's ask for guidance and grace and act with love and
compassion.
Toward health and peace for all,
Charlene
