If you don't already have one in writing, consider starting one. Note things that uplift you, things that stimulate happiness, things that give you a sense of well-being and optimism. Add to it whenever you discover a new joy-stirring activity or remember one you have forgotten.
Refer to your list often and act upon it. Every day do at least one thing that's on your "Joy and Well-Being List."
What might that be for you today?
I plan to play some '60s music and dance a little later. Right now I'm lighting an aromatherapy
candle. This afternoon I'm making bread with my six-year-old grandchildren. That will be a joy rouser (and mess maker) for sure.
Wishing you a day of delights.
With love,
Charlene
