“When you get into your car, shut the door and be there for just half a minute. Breathe, feel the energy inside your body, look around at the sky, the trees. The mind might tell you, 'I don't have time.' But that's the mind talking to you. Even the busiest person has time for 30 seconds of
space."
~ Eckhart Tolle
Let's nourish our senses and souls with pauses of presence today. At least one.
Take 30 seconds now and then to notice sights, sounds, scents and how your body feels as
you stand under the shower, sip tea, bird watch, wash a dish, sit in the car...
Or, you may wish to simply close your eyes, breathe deeply, and notice the sensation of air moving in and out.
For greater peace, well-being, balance,
and beauty in our lives, may we gift ourselves with pauses of presence.
It's simple and very do-able, no matter how busy we are.
Pauses of presence. Today and every day.
With love,
Charlene
