"Let it be."
~ Paul McCartney
Paul McCartney was inspired to write "Let It Be"
during a troubled time after a dream in which his deceased mother said, "It will be alright. Let it
be."
Today, let's let it all be,
all that is present now,
the joys and the sorrows,
the questions and confusions.
Let's soften our bellies,
breathe deeply,
feel what we're feeling,
and let it all be
with deep hope...
hope that trusts in the goodness of
life,
hope that has faith in what is unfolding,
hope that lets go of fear.
May we focus on something
for which we are presently grateful too.
Thankful for the gifts of hope and faith,
Charlene
PS - I have found that holding a mustard seed - or any little seed - in my hand helps me to anchor my intention to hold both faith and hope in my mind
and heart.
