We're all a bit like Lewis and Clark, Columbus, Balboa, and Ponce de Leon. We are called to discover, maybe not new passages or new worlds, but...what?
Even if we seem unadventurous compared to others, even if we don't embark on bold expeditions,
we're all meant to find our own authentic way in this world and to navigate ourselves through life's passages as best we
can.
If at any time today we feel lost, off course, stuck, hindered, or discouraged, let's remember: we are explorers, here to experience and discover.
With a readiness to learn,
to live well, and to love, may we approach this day with enthusiasm and wonderment.
