TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"A desert cactus that blooms briefly only once a year does not consider all the moments it is not in bloom wasted."
                                    ~ Melody Beattie

What message of wisdom sprouts within you when you read this quote?

For me it is a call to love myself and my life, as it is, today and every day.

It's also a reminder to trust in what is unseen and in what is unfolding behind the scenes.

We're not always at a peak of blooming. "Our best" varies every day, throughout the day.

May we embrace this day, and our living in it, with gratitude and never consider any moment "wasted."

With love, hope, and compassion,
Charlene
