"Every little cell in my body is happy,
every little cell in my body is well
Every little cell in my
body is happy,
every little cell in my body is well
I'm so glad every little cell
in my body is happy and well.
I'm so glad every little cell
in my body is happy and well."

I first heard this upbeat song 15 years ago when I faced lymphoma. (In case you're not familiar with it, it's to the tune of Shortnin Bread) A dear friend of mine sang it on a phone message so I could play the positive melody whenever I wished to hear it and sing along, which was often.
I've been singing it a lot again lately.
I'm focusing on it here today because I believe it's helpful and wise to regularly affirm happiness and wellness in our bodies. Even if dis-ease or disease is present, we are mostly well.
Deepak Chopra says it this way:
Any pain or disease we have is like an
island of discomfort, for in comparison to any one disease, our healthy awareness is as big as the ocean.
I believe this is true for our world too. Like the 70 trillion cells in our bodies, most people on the planet are in harmony.
May we see our bodies, our lives, and the whole world with hope, love, and faith today.
Joy too,
Charlene
