With wisdom and reverence, let's aim to be mindful today of what we take into our bodies and all the ways that we do this.
With that intention made, may we
choose with loving care not only what we eat and drink, but also what we watch, read, and hear.
Sure, some of our choices will be made out of habit - not so mindfully - as we multi task, go on auto pilot, and forget our intention.
But each time we remember our intention, may we let go of self-judgments, bring in hearty doses of compassion, and choose again
and again to nourish our bodies and souls.
