We've all experienced having our hearts "broken" in some ways, especially in relationships and in dreams of what we wanted to achieve.
While we can't go back and restart in a whole new way - undoing hurts and failures
- we can start now by continuing our stories in ways that proceed to triumph.
We can also start now to reframe what happened, learn from it, heal from it, and grow from it...whatever "it" is.
May we each be filled with loving, guiding, and healing grace for this task.
May we move toward - and reach - powerful and peaceful endings.
And may we listen for and hear the voice of wisdom showing us how.
