TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Love myself I do. Not everything, but I love the good as well as the bad. I love my crazy lifestyle, and I love my hard discipline. I love my freedom of speech and the way my eyes get dark when I'm tired. I love that I have learned to trust people with my heart, even if it will get broken. I am proud of everything that I am and will become."
                                    ~ Johnny Weir

May we begin and end this Valentine's Day loving ourselves, just as we are now, all that we have been, and all that we are becoming.

Sandwiched in between, may we love as broadly, widely, deeply and as fully as we can.

May our loving this Valentine's Day go far beyond cherishing our sweethearts, whether or not we have them.

The main thing for today is this: may we aim for no negative judging of ourselves or anyone else. And if we do judge, may we return again and again to kind forgiving and then onward to the joy of loving.

May we love without fear,
Charlene

LOVE. It will grow each time you give it away.
