"To accomplish great things we must first dream, then visualize, then plan... believe...
act!"
~ Alfred A. Montapert
I hope you are beginning this year with dreams.
Next comes visualizing them having come true, using imagination to make those dreams look and feel real.
It helps to take visualization further and make it concrete and physical somehow.
Have you ever made a vision board? It is something worth considering. I am starting one myself today. Here's what I'll be doing:
First, I'm collecting used magazines.
Next, I'll browse through them and notice what stirs joy and enthusiasm as well as photos that represent what I wish to manifest.
Then, I'll create a collage, using those images.
I plan to include photos that represent my dreams for all the areas of my life - health, home, family and friend relationships, travel, finances, and work. I'll include my spiritual dreams too.
If this idea holds appeal for you, know that there is no one right way to do this project, except to do it your
way.
When my collage is affixed onto a board, I plan to add clear sparkling rhinestones, which will represent me mining my own "Acre of Diamonds." Do you know the story by Russell Conwell?
Basically, the story shows us the wisdom and value of
working with what we have, cultivating our dreams, and mining our talents. We all have so much wealth right in our own backyards...within ourselves
However you proceed with your dreams, I wish you great joy and success in 2016!
Happy imaginings,
Charlene
