"The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those
depths."
~ Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
We admire those who have found their way out of the depths.
May we learn from them, especially how their passage from trial to triumph led to the beauty of greater compassion.
Aiming for such beauty,
may we also admire those who are still in the struggle. May we respect those who are still finding their way. May we see dignity in all who appear lost. Even if we can't yet see their strength at work, may we respect the courage it takes to be on their path.
With judgment for no one, may we love and bless all.
With reverence,
Charlene
