"When the body is listened to…it becomes eloquent. It’s like changing a fiddle into a Stradivarius. It gets more highly attuned.”
~ Marion Woodman
With gratitude for the ability to hear with our ears, our hearts, and our intuition, let's listen with care to all that we hear. Especially to the wisdom spoken by our bodies.
Let's answer the calls to stretch or be still, to sit, to stand, to eat, to not eat, to
drink water, to release a regret, to let go of a worry, to walk, to dance, to sing, to take deep breaths, to be felt and heard.
Honored too. Whatever the condition, may we give thanks to our bodies and for our bodies.
With love and reverence,
Charlene
