Yesterday's quote* and reflection stirred a related idea when I received it in my own inbox.
Along with considering cold vs. heat in the world (and aiming to bring warm caring and soothing peace), we can look at light vs. heat.
Many years ago I learned that inspirational authors can have a hard time getting media attention because the media likes stories that contain "heat" more than stories that contain "light."
I don't mean this to be a judgment against the media or of our being drawn to stories that excite and incite.
Today's touchstone is meant to encourage each of us to address "global warming" by bringing our own loving
light into the world as well as by making wise choices for Mother Earth.
Shine bright, beautiful!
With love,
Charlene.
