the Evening News with Walter Cronkite back in the day when news was reported an hour or so each day, not 24/7. And Charles Kuralt shared stories that uplifted us.
Today's quote is meant to encourage us to see the kindness that is shown in everyday life everywhere and to focus on the good instead of the distress we see featured in the news.
With this and the famous Gandhi quote "Be the change you want to see in the world," let's see and appreciate kindness in others today and be an active participant in spreading kindness ourselves.
