May we delight in whatever life brings today.

How wondrous it is to be alive and to experience being human. If this day brings a storm, may we nurture ourselves with love, compassion, and gratitude for life.

PS - I looked for a bird quote for today's touchstone because yesterday I saw an elderly man in front of our house looking up at our roof with a look of pure joy on his face. I went out to greet him and find out why he looked so happy. From the few minutes I spent with him I got the impression that, no matter what, he delighted in life. May we too.
