Imagining alone will not bring more peace in the world, but it is the way to begin. 

Instead of staying stuck in worry about all the unrest and violence we see in the world, we have the power to grow peace by visioning it. 

Today, let's also be at peace within ourselves as best we can. For peace does begin with you and me.
