This quote, different from most posted here, resonates with me today. I hope something about it speaks to you too.
While I'm not presently feeling "unhealthy," I'm also not presently experiencing the radiant well-being I have known in the
past.
So, starting today, I'm again taking the "Twelve Gifts Path for Healing and Wholeness." Perhaps you'd like step onto the path and join me today, or follow for awhile and see where it brings you.
We begin with intention and imagination. We see ourselves highly energized and in balance.
Now, listen for the voice of wisdom within you. What might you do today to release stress and dis-ease? What gift(s) will help you? Compassion? Courage? Joy?
"Love heals," said the Buddha. Beauty heals too.
Let's let our inner resources lead us toward greater strength.
