Let's consider doing a fast today. Not from food. Let's aim to abstain from making comparisons.

Let's avoid comparing ourselves to others and to the images and ideals presented in marketing campaigns.

Also, let's not compare others to our standards.

Basically, let's try to refrain from any judging today. If we slip, which is likely, let's simply start again.

May the joy that dwells in our hearts flow freely.
