"My advice to other disabled people would be, concentrate on things your disability doesn't prevent you doing well, and don't regret the things it interferes with. Don't be disabled in spirit as well as physically."
~ Stephen Hawking
It seems to me that Stephen Hawking's advice can be helpful to all of us, not only to those who are physically disabled.
Let's concentrate on our strengths, talents, and the things we do well instead of any seeming limitations.
And let's not regret, period.
"However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at," he also said.
May we keep our spirits uplifted and do the best we can today.
With love, courage, and compassion
Charlene
