Yesterday's touchstone was a suggestion to show our love for others by praising what we appreciate and admire in them.
Today's touchstone, a reminder to love ourselves first, is inspired by a subscriber named Sandra who wrote and
said, "May our praise begin with ourselves - the person we often don't praise - and then we will have expansive praise to give out to others."
May this day be full of love for ourselves, others, and all creation.
