"The more things we can laugh about, the more alive we become. The more things we can laugh about together, the more connected we become."
~ Frank Pittman
Let's look for the humor that's in just about everything today and laugh as much as we can, alone and with others, especially with others.
One of my favorite memories is of laughing uncontrollably with one of my daughters. For twenty minutes or so, at a furniture store, triggered by a misunderstanding over pillows, we could not stop
laughing hysterically.
Once in blue moon, when the stars are aligned just so and all conditions are right, the word "pillows" can get us started again. You probably have at least one such memory.
I wish that kind of side-splitting laughter happened more often for all of us because the
relaxation and health effects are similar to a week's vacation.
Let's be open to the possibility of that today. And, while waiting and ready, let's smile, chuckle, giggle, titter, chortle and guffaw as best we can.
For
joy,
Charlene
