Ideally we would all give and receive this kind of love. We have love at this depth within us. May we aim to be in it flow today and every day. How healing, uplifting, and empowering that would be.

Trusting that such love is within us always, beneath hurt, anger, pain, frustration, sadness...even horror and despair, may we love as best we can today, with sweet compassion and self acceptance.
