May we show and give love this way today to spouses, siblings, parents, children, all family and friends. Consider communicating this way today with all acquaintances, in every encounter.

What if we aim to give others our full attention and see how we do as we reflect back on this day at bedtime with gratitude and compassion? 

It's not hard. We just need to remember to put aside the phone, or whatever distraction is at hand, and engage with others in a way that says You matter, I respect you, I value you.
