May wisdom help each of us to accept and appreciate the authentic needs of our bodies and souls this day. 

No passage is "better" than another. We all pass through many cycles and seasons.

If others are singing and we need to cry, may we weep with healing compassion.

If the joy in us wants to dance, then let's spin, swirl, sashay, hob, bob...give dancing our all, each in our own way.
