I have often heard that in order to create well done art of any kind - painting, music, acting, sculpting, writing - one must know the rules and work within them while learning the art. Once the rules have become a part of the artist, however, he is ready to fly free and create by "ear, feeling, and instinct."

With the rules of life built into our foundation, may we live this day guided by heart, making art of our lives.
