With joy and courage, let's aim be true to the truth of who we are - the essence of us beneath outer appearance, age, roles, social status, livelihood, possessions...all the stuff.

Today, let's celebrate you as you, me as me, and send love and compassion to each unique person on the planet, even those that irritate or frighten us.

Let's look for the blessings in all our circumstances too. May each challenge, accomplishment, and opportunity lead us to closer to being "truer than true."
