"I don't want to get to the end of my life and find that I lived just the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as
well."
~ Diane Ackerman
Am I living as fully as I would
like? I'm asking myself.
Some days, yes; some days, no. I answer.
Diane's quote leads me toward stretching a bit, reviewing my bucket list, examining my goals, feeding my dreams, things like that.
It also urges me toward loving what is this very day. Keeping my heart open. Practicing kindness. Savoring all that I perceive with my senses. Expressing gratitude for every little uplift, things like that.
I want to live widely on the inside as
well as the outside, with joy.
What does this quote stir in you?
Wishing you an expansive and very blessed day!
With love,
Charlene
