Sometimes, perhaps all too often, we engage with one another in surface ways. We even do this with our loved ones when we hide thoughts and feelings and withhold our authentic selves out of fear and past hurts. 

Today, let's aim to be real as we share ourselves with courage and listen to one another with opened hearts and minds.

May we also hear with compassion and reverence as well as hope and faith. 

Miracles of loving can come from communing in this way. And for sure, "what the world needs now is love sweet love," as the song goes.
