Today's touchstone guides us to choose with care and to live as best we can today for bright tomorrows.

I'm also hearing: Bring beauty into the world today. What guidance are you hearing?  

This precept has been said in many ways by many people over thousands of years. 

May the loving essence and the wisdom of this principle take root in us so that we begin to live by it every day.  

Consider doing something with seeds as a way to anchor such an intention. Plant a seed, cast seeds, carry a few seeds, cook with seeds...
Make it easy but meaningful. I plan to simply hold a few mustard seeds while I set my intention.
