May our hearts be light and loving today,
glad and grateful, and well nourished with all of life's gifts.
If something pulls us down, we can try a heart and belly breath. Here's how:
Place one hand on the center of your chest and one over your abdomen. Notice a sense of warmth and a dropping down from thoughts in the head to a connecting with your body. Imagine, as you breathe, that your heart and belly are actually taking in and letting go of breaths, being cleared.
After making room for a flow of joy, think of someone or something you love. Let the loving be. Listen too for what wisdom may come forth.
