I found this quote about joy while looking for quotes about "Seva," which, as you may know, means loving service. Usually it applies to volunteer work done in a pure, selfless, surrendered way.

But we can adopt the spirit of Seva in anything and everything we are doing, including work for which we are compensated and in all our daily home and family chores. We can even clean a litter box with a Seva consciousness.  

One amazing thing about Seva is this: it brings great joy!

Let's aim to do Seva today in the way we work, by helping someone with pure giving, and by promoting the joyful cause of another.
