One way to remind ourselves to choose love is to sign emails with "Choosing love."
Consider this for today. Let each signing be a reminder to open your heart to compassion, to letting go, to learning, to healing, to growing.

Whether you choose to try this or not, consider Scarlett Lewis. She is the mother of Jesse Lewis, a first grader who was shot and killed in the Sandy Hook massacre. Instead of hating, Scarlett is choosing love day-by-day in her heart and in actions - actions in her personal life and through the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Foundation which she created to help cultivate compassion in schools and in the world. Wow. Thank you, Scarlett for your example of love, compassion, and wisdom and for everything you are doing toward peace, health, and harmony.
