Even when we have healthy and strong self-worth, at times the ego delivers questioning messages about the value of something we are doing.   

Sometimes such voices are replays from the past.

However and whenever we hear words that limit us in any way, we can blanket ourselves and all involved with compassion, courage, love, wisdom, faith... the qualities that are true gold... and be shifted into clear vision.
