We can't always control the company in which we find ourselves.
To the extent that we can, let's choose with care, 
spending our time with those who inspire, appreciate, and encourage.

When we find ourselves with people who trigger upset,
we can use that experience for growth and learning.

Moreover, may we be the people who uplift others and call forth their best.
