Let's be especially observant of nature today.

Notice its colors. Even if you are still seeing mostly the whites and browns of a lingering winter, let all the hues of the rainbow inspire you to glow with the gifts of spirit.

Consider this activity: At the end of the day, reflect. What color or colors appeared most predominant to you? What gift or gifts seemed most powerfully present in you? What connections do you perceive?

Before sleep, give thanks.
