When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life."
~ Jean Shinoda Bolen
Is there a self-care activity you have stopped doing because you got too busy? Or too stressed, depressed, or tired?
Let's pause and take stock of how well we nourish our souls. Our bodies too. We each need and deserve tender loving care - from ourselves.
What self-care looks like can differ vastly from one person to another.
You may have already heard,
in reading this so far, some sort of inner YES! And, perhaps, you've already recognized an activity you want to resume.
If not, tune in to your inner wisdom and be ready to recover or discover something new that will stir joy and renew the hope in you. Strength,
too
With love,
Charlene
P.S. - This advice is for me, as much as I am offering it to you. Perhaps you are maintaining great balance in your life. If so, Yay for you! If you wish to write and share how you do it, please do!
