Hello freinds,
I've been intending to send this photo since my husband took it a few days ago. I wanted to share it with
you, but, although I appreciated it, authentic words about it were not coming from my heart. More than ever, I believe it's important to say what we mean and mean what we say. And, I had no words at the time. I am still feeling a little grey inside, but I can feel the clouds over my heart lifting, and I'm smiling about the truth of this quote. While I love when my heart feels full of sunshine, with stirrings of hope rising within me now, I'm appreciating a kind of inner
sunset.
Let's remember that, like the sun present behind clouds, love, joy, hope - all the gifts within us - are always present, too. Let's be gentle with ourselves and each other, accepting and embracing each day as fully as we can.
Let's also look up, and look around. You just might catch sight of something that lifts your spirits. Something might banish the blahs and blues, if you have them.
If Frank
hadn't looked up from the mail in his hand and down the street from our mailbox, he may have missed this sight, and come back into the house with only the mail.
Wishing you uplifts of beauty and something delightful in your mailbox. Blessings, too!
With love,
Charlene
