"The world needs something more from us now, and we need something more noble
from ourselves as well." ~ Stephen Dinan What does the world need? Love. Fierce love, I believe. What's that? Love that is committed, but not combative. Love
that is strong and steady, passionate and persevering. Love that protects all that is good. Love with a backbone.
These are challenging times. At times we may feel disheartened.
"What can I do? I’m just one person," say millions of us.
But we are not helpless. We hold much
more power than we realize. And together, our power is enormous. We can protect our hearts from hate and practice love, fierce love.
Everything we do matters. We can bring more love, light, hope, and healing into our lives and into the world.
As Anne Frank said: "How wonderful it is that nobody need wait
a single moment before starting to improve the world."
Truly, Charlene Whatever we do, let’s do it with
fierce love— love that is committed but not combative, love that is passionate and persevering, love that protects what is good and true. - from Feed The Good
