"I never saw an angel, but it is irrelevant
whether I saw one or not.
I feel their presence around
me."
- Paulo Coelho
I've not seen an angel either- not yet - but from all the amazing coincidences and miracles large and small that I've experienced and seen in the lives of others, I am awed and grateful for heavenly help.
Some
say that, without our knowledge, we are sometimes used to deliver heavenly help to other people (to animals also as well as from animals to us) and so, for a time, we are angels on earth.
Perhaps we are all nudged at times to be of angelic service. May we
be open to both the giving and the receiving of such service.
And may heavenly help, protection, and guidance be with you.
Today and every day,
Charlene
PS - A certain stained glass angel brought my awareness to heavenly help every day for nearly 25 years as she twirled in the wind outside a window and flashed blazes of sunlight into our home with each spin. I especially appreciated the sight of her during the five months I was in treatment for advanced lymphoma.
Each time we moved, I packed her carefully so she could continue to uplift and inspire me in one house after another. With care and repair, she withstood blizzards, thunderstorms, sandstorms and hurricanes. Mostly, she spun gently through thousands of mild weather days until she disappeared one windy day.
Although that stained glass angel
seemed to fly away that day, its image and what it represented is not lost. In fact, the image of that angel in my mind continues to bring inspiring ideas and possibilities to consider.
