Let's be mindful today of what we are thinking, feeling, and doing as we look within ourselves and look out into the world and evaluate what we see.
What glasses might we be wearing to filter what we see according to our habitual way of perceiving ?
Are our lenses rosy, golden, grey, clear, or non-existent?
Whether or not we are wearing lenses, with opened hearts let's brush
negativity aside and see the world with wonder and awe, gratitude, joy, love, and compassion.
