Today's touchstone is simple. We get it. Humanity needs smiles. We all need
respect and warm feelings. Let your smile be your gift to the world today. One of your smiles can lift a heart. It can start a chain of kindnesses. It can even change a life. If you stay indoors and don't venture out into the world today, smile at the people and pets in your home.
If you live alone, smile at yourself. If smiling into the mirror feels uncomfortable, close your eyes and smile at your soul.
With your eyes still closed, place one hand over your heart and the other over
your belly and, as best you can, send love to the human race.
