There is more to wealth than money and we all have more wealth than we realize.
May we someday soon understand the fullness of wealth. May we recognize the value and power of the gifts within us and see how they are like gold.
Like the natural resources in earth, there are natural resources within us. They are also known as our gifts. When cultivated and mined, our gifts enrich every area
of our lives.
But there is no reason to hoard or hide our mined gifts because there is more than enough wealth in each of
us.
We can share our resources though. We can even give them away. Sharing joy, showering love, showing compassion, giving hope - none of this
diminishes the wealth in us. In fact, it increases it.
Strength. Beauty. Courage. Compassion. Hope. Joy. Talent. Imagination. Reverence.
Wisdom. Love. Faith.
In addition to recognizing the wealth of these gifts in us, let's recognize the wealth around us, especially the family and
friends in our lives.
We really are richer then we realize. More powerful and capable too.
With faith, may we hold this to be true, especially when we feel poor, weak,
burdened, confused, or afraid.
As best we can, today and every day, let's share some of our inner wealth with one another and contribute goodness to the world.
