I'm sending an extra touchstone today. 

In the form of a video, it's my response to the increase of hate we are seeing in the U.S.  It is critical that we not hate the haters, which would just add to overall hateful, angry energy. 

Let's do good by fostering and feeding harmony with our kindness, respect, friendliness, cheerfulness, gratitude, courtesy, humor, love, unity, and peace.
