Joy is one of them. The sixth. "May it keep your heart open and filled with light" goes the prayerful wish.

We don't always feel joy. True. But like the sun behind a cloud, joy is ever present. 

Even during sad times, we can experience joy. 
Like a ray of sunlight breaking through a cloud, a ray of joy beams from every gratitude.

And there is always something to be grateful for. Many things. Let's notice some and let joy light our way today.
