“Life is like a jigsaw puzzle,
you have to see the whole picture,
then put it together piece by piece!”
- Terry McMillan
My grandchildren's cat,
Coco, sees it differently, as you can see in the quote. There are missing pieces. And no picture.
It's true. We're not given a box top picture of the puzzle
we're supposed to put together.
But we have freedom along with gifts, talents, interests, passions, yearnings, and dreams to envision it. It's what we are meant to do.
Similar to what Coco the cat said, it can seem as if pieces are indeed missing. But the truth is: we have access to all the pieces we need, and more, because, as we travel along our life
journey, we may change our vision and need different pieces. And they are there for us to find and put into place.
If we don't have a vision at this time - and we
don't know what to do with the pieces of our lives - we can hold one piece and placing it somewhere. With courage, we pick up another. And another.
Eventually a scene forms in front of us and hope builds within us. Enthusiasm does
too
Until then, we reach within for strength; we ask for guidance; and we hold faith.
When we have our vision, we nurture it. We put the pieces together. And with the help of Divine
Providence, we make it real.
With love,
Charlene
