"...for all the times we thought of ourselves
as not strong enough, not good enough,
not thin enough, not smart enough,
not pretty enough, or just not enough in any way. Enough of
that!
We are enough."

THE TWELVE GIFTS FROM THE GARDEN
The truth is we are more than enough. We are gifted and talented. We have powerful capacities built into us. We have
amazing potential.
It's also true that, we've all had some experiences growing up that have led us to limiting and false beliefs about ourselves, others, the world, and life.
But we are still "growing up." And learning. And, at any age, with opened minds and hearts, we can learn to perceive the beauty, dignity, and potential in ourselves and other. We can see beauty and goodness in the world.
Seeing this way leads to more gratitude, which results in increased joy, often to better health and well-being. Hope, too. And peace.
An old song comes to mind. "What the world needs
now is love sweet love..." It's always now.
Right now, with love, let's forgive ourselves
"for all the times we thought of ourselves
as not
strong enough, not good enough,
not thin enough, not smart enough,
not pretty enough, or just not enough in any way."
Let's embrace the
truth about the beauty, worthiness, and giftedness of us all.
With love and compassion for all,
Charlene
"True forgiveness. Sweet compassion. Unconditional love. It's what we all deserve."
